There's a version of the “AI at work” conversation that's all noise: dashboards nobody opens, a chatbot bolted onto the website, a memo that says “we're leaning into AI.” We're not interested in that version.
What's actually happened this year is quieter and more useful. The conversation has moved from what could this technology do to how does it fit into the work we already do every day. That's the shift worth acting on. And in our studio, the tool doing most of that work is Claude.
Here's the case, minus the hype.
The teams getting value out of AI aren't the ones asking it to “write the campaign.” They're the ones using it the way you'd use a sharp, fast, tireless colleague, ready to pressure-test a strategy, argue the other side of a brief, turn three hundred customer reviews into the five things that actually matter, or get a rough first draft on the page so the real editing can start. Claude is genuinely good at this because it's built to reason through a problem with you, not just spit out an answer and leave.
The output is never the finished thing. It's the running start. The craft stays with the humans: the taste, the judgement, the decision about what to cut. That's the whole point.
A few places we'd point any business first:
Beyond the chat window, that same capability now runs deeper into real work: writing and shipping code, handling multi-step tasks end to end, and working directly inside the tools your team already lives in.
Automating the boring middle of the week is easy to sell. The harder, more valuable idea: when the busywork evaporates, your best people spend more of their time on the work only they can do. The idea nobody else would've had. The line that lands. The judgement call.
Used well, Claude doesn't make your brand more automated. It makes it more yours. That's the bargain worth taking. The machine drafts. You still own every word.
Search "Claude" and you may not land where you expect. There is, it turns out, more than one famous Claude. For the avoidance of doubt, here's a side-by-side. We only recommend one of them for your marketing.
| Claude (Anthropic) | Claude (Liberty City) | |
|---|---|---|
| Debut | 2023 | 2001 |
| Talks | Constantly, and usefully | Not one word, the entire game |
| Core skill | Research, drafts, code, analysis | Grand theft, auto |
| Dress code | None. It's software | Black bomber jacket, non-negotiable |
| Reliability | Shows up every time you ask | Betrayed in the opening cutscene |
| Right for your brand | Absolutely | Legally inadvisable |
If a colleague suggests the one on the right, gently steer them back to the one on the left.
